I ordered a custom piece the whole process was disappointing. After I paid, I barely got any updates, and the shipping took way longer than I was originally expecting. When I reached out by email, the replies were slow and kind of made me feel like I was being talked down to for even asking. By the time the item finally arrived, I was already over it, and it really didn’t feel worth the wait. I wouldn’t order from here again.

I was in a rush when I opened it, but the packaging still stood out in a bad way. The box was crushed, and the whole presentation just felt kind of cheap and lazy...

I reached out to ask about my order, and it was such a frustrating experience. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, they weren’t helpful at all. I felt like I was just being brushed off, which really upset me. I don’t think I’d order from them again...

I ordered a chain with a specific name and font, and in my head I was like, okay, this is going to look just like the preview. But when it showed up, it really didn’t match at all. The letters looked different, and the spacing was kind of strange, like something was just off the second I looked at it.
I emailed them about it, thinking maybe they’d explain or offer some kind of fix, but the response was basic. For something custom, I just expected more attention to detail, you know? I wanted to love it, but I’m disappointed.

I ordered this weeks ago and still haven’t gotten it... the shipping has taken forever, and the tracking basically never updated, so I have no idea where it even is.

The chain looks good overall, and it’s not even about it being bad or anything. I just expected it to have a little more weight to it for the price. It’s fine and totally wearable, but value-wise it feels kind of average.

I really wanted to like this chain because it looked decent in the pictures, but once I actually had it in my hand, it just felt kind of cheap. It’s really lightweight, and the clasp feels rough, which made me feel like it wasn’t going to last long. After only about a week, the plating already started looking dull, so that was frustrating. It’s not absolutely terrible, but I was definitely expecting it to feel better than it does
